Questions we hear most.
What do I bring when I store goods?
A valid Emirates ID or passport. Companies also bring the trade licence and the ID of an authorised signatory. We record your details at check-in and you sign the storage agreement.
Can I collect only part of my goods?
Yes. The rest stays where it is, and billing continues only for what remains.
How is storage charged?
By the volume (CBM) or floor area (sq ft) you use, for the term you choose: daily, monthly or annual. You get a VAT tax invoice, and every payment has a numbered receipt. Ask us for current rates.
Can I store hazardous or restricted goods?
Only with our written approval in advance, and they may need separate space. Tell us what you plan to store before you bring it.
Is there a minimum period?
No long contract is needed. Daily terms are available, and longer terms suit steady storage.
How do I know what I have stored?
Message us any time. Each item is recorded with photos, a location and a QR label, so we can confirm your stock quickly.
